Mr. Glyne Pilgrim

Chief Financial Officer

ICBL is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Glyne Pilgrim to the post of Chief Financial Officer.  Glyne joins the company with over 20 years’ experience in the insurance field and has a wealth of knowledge in corporate business and M&A advisory gained over the last five years at Deloitte & Touche.

As the Head of the Finance team, he will be responsible for all aspects of the financial management of ICBL, including accounting, finance, forecasting and investments, and will ensure that ICBL’s finance initiatives fully support the strategic direction of ICBL.

Mr. Pilgrim holds the following professional designations: Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Certified General Accountant (CGA) and Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA).  He is also a Registered Insolvency Practitioner and Licensed Trustee under the Barbados Bankruptcy & Insolvency Act. 

Glyne has also served on the Board of Directors of two Credit Unions and presently holds Directorship on (2) two financial services institutions. He is also a sports enthusiast with interests in basketball, cricket and football and was the former Treasurer of the Pinelands Sports Club for over a decade.
