Chief Executive Officer

Goulbourne was appointed CEO effective February 1, 2023. He joined the company as Deputy Chief Executive Officer on January 3, 2012, and is a seasoned and highly qualified insurance professional with over 35 years of experience in the Insurance Industry.

He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) and is a Chartered Insurer with Fellowship designations from the Chartered Insurance Institute of the UK (FCII), Life Management Institute (FLMI), and the Financial Services Institute (FFSI). He also holds Associate designations in Reinsurance from the Insurance Institute of America, Customer Service from the Life Offices Management Association, and the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators (ACIS) (UK).

He is an avid reader and enjoys gardening in his downtime. Goulbourne is married and has two children.
