Kristle joined the Insurance Corporation of Barbados on 2 January 2017 as the Compliance Consultant, on 24 January 2018 she was appointed the Assistant Vice President – Compliance. Kristle has approximately 20 years’ experience in compliance, risk advisory, internal controls, internal and external auditing and accounting. She works closely with management teams to provide in-depth analysis and leads projects that call upon her ability and expertise in sectors that include banking, insurance and other financial services.

She is a member of the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) with the Information Systems and Controls Association – ISACA and a Fellow with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA).

Kristle is married with two children and is interested in reading, running, and gardening and is an avid crafter.
