Nekeisha is a seasoned Head of Corporate Development & Strategy with strong business ethics leveraging 10 + years of experience in creating value through strategy and business development. She is well versed in facilitating and embedding strategy into business operations, transformation through digital innovations and change management to deliver strategic impact, resulting in topline growth.

Nekeisha’s performance track record saw her advance from Business Development Associate in 2016 through Corporate Development Manager, to Assistant Vice President Corporate Development & Strategy in 5 years.

She oversees the Company’s strategy program and has a keen interest and understanding of strategic alignment, performance metrics, big data analytics and business intelligence. A demonstrated strategic mindset, Nekeisha works with the CEO to lead the development of business strategies which drive long-term growth for ICBL and optimizes shareholder value.

An agent of change Nekeisha is involved in surfacing talent and collaborating on performance management and the company’s leadership and culture programme which is centred on equipping senior leaders to ensure effective alignment with the organisation’s strategic imperatives.

Among her social and environmental impact efforts, she served as Chair of ICBL Women’s Interest Network – iWIN and was one of HB5 and HB6 Strategy Lead facilitators for the international NGO Homeward Bound Projects - a global transformational leadership initiative for women with a background in STEMM.

A holder of MSc. International Trade Policy and BSc. Government & Marketing degrees, her career passion remains working to assist persons and organisations to achieve their strategic objectives in people-oriented environments. In 2021 Nekeisha served as Strategy Manager for the Government of Barbados, Ministry of International Business and Industry, Global Business Review Taskforce.

She is a wife and mother of four children and in her spare time she enjoys modern dance, vocal training, and outdoor activities.
