All staff members are working remotely. As a result of this, we are currently unable to print cheques. You are encouraged to submit your bank account information (your name, bank address, and account number) along with your I.D number and preferred email address to your claims handler to facilitate your payment.
ICBL will send your payment to a trusted family member or friend’s bank account with your written authorization. The letter must be signed by both parties and accompanied by your IDs.

Yes, our Health Insurance plan covers COVID-19.

You have 90 days after your service date (i.e. when you visited the doctor) to submit your claim.

Your cover note will be available for immediate download when you use the client portal on our website to renew or take out a new private motor policy. If you make a payment using any other option, you can call us at 434 – 6000 to request your cover note. You may also send your request to info@icbl.com and your cover note will be emailed to you.
You can request your certificate by calling us at 434-6000 or sending an email with your request to info@icbl.com and it will be emailed to you.

Reopening of Headquarters
Only Cashier Services are available. This means cash and debit card payments for all lines of business inclusive of Motor, Property, Commercial, Life, and Health.

We encourage our customers to use the Client Portal on the website to make credit card payments for Motor, Property, and Commercial policies.
Customers should use the Dropbox for cheque payments.
Daily. Please give 72 hours to process your cheque payment.
All information relevant to the policy should be included with the cheque to allow faster processing of transactions.
DropBoxes are located at Head Office at Roebuck Street, Emerald City, at Six Roads in St Philip and A1 Supermarket in Black Rock. The boxes can be found by information desks at both Supermarkets and are clearly marked. Please do NOT place cash in Drop Boxes.
We will email all cover notes directly to BRA. Please provide an email address so that we may copy you.
