Assistant Vice President, Project Management & Operational Excellence
With over ten years’ experience in Project Management, this past Barbados Scholar is a Certified Project Manager (PMP), Customer Service Manager (CSIA) and Change Management Practitioner (Prosci), and six Sigma Black Belt in Process Improvement. She holds a Bachelors in Finance, Accounting and Management from the University of Nottingham and a Masters in Project Management and Evaluation from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill.
In her new position at ICBL, Mapp-Bynoe is tasked to pro-actively manage the implementation of projects from business case to close-out, based on internal and external business needs. She will also manage the ongoing review of ICBL’s processes in pursuit of excellence.
Head of Sales and Business Development
Alleyne-Elcock holds a degree in Business Management and Marketing from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico and an MBA in International Business from the Roberto Goizueta Business School at Emory University in Atlanta. She is equipped with over 20 years of diverse experience in strategic sales, business development, marketing and building brands for large regional companies.
As Head of Sales and Business Development, she will have responsibility for directing all sales activites, ensuring yearly sales growth. Additionally, she will be responsible for managing ICBL’s business development activities, ensuring consistant and rapid growth in sales across all channels.
Internal Audit Manager
A former recipient of a Barbados Exhibition, Springer holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Accounting from the University of the West Indies. She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados (ICAB) and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).
Springer’s professional experience spans over 10 years and includes accounting and external audit. Her past assignments included posts across various industries in both the public and private sectors.
Springer will primarily be responsible for a broad range of integrated engagements aimed at assessing the adequacy and effectiveness of ICBL’s governance, risk management and control processes.
