Love was in the air at ICBL on Valentine’s Day as clients were pleasantly surprised by the displays of appreciation which met them at the company’s four locations.
At the Roebuck Street Head Office, clients were gifted a musical treat as they were greeted by violinist Dwayne Gill who serenaded them with love songs as they made their way in to the office.
They were additionally treated to flowers and chocolates while conducting business. Members of the senior management team added a personal touch, joining them on the floor with warm embraces and conversation.
Corporate Communications Specialist Sharleen Browne noted that the company was always eager to take advantage of any opportunity to show clients that they are valued. “Valentine’s Day is associated with love so we thought it was the perfect opportunity to show our clients how much they mean to us. It was beautiful to see the joy in so many of the faces who visited our offices. That was the best reward of our efforts.” Browne went on to say that the love was not limited to Valentine’s Day. “We are constantly working on customer service advancements, including digital, to improve our level of service to our clients, as we recognize that ease of doing business is important to achieving customer satisfaction”.
The ICBL Valentine’s Day clients’ treats were also executed at the branch offices at Speightstown, Black Rock and Six Roads.
