On Wednesday, June, 10th 2020, ICBL’s Head Office at Roebuck Street will be open for cashier services ONLY.
While the opening hours for these services are from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. the company remains available to serve all customers remotely until 5 p.m.
To maintain a safe environment for customers and staff, and adhere to required COVID-19 protocols, a limited number of persons may enter the building.
Customers are strongly encouraged to conduct their business online or utilize other available payment options wherever possible.
For credit card payments, customers may use the online portal https://client.icbl.com/ph3/login
For payments by cheque, drop boxes are provided at Roebuck Street, and in the supermarkets of Emerald City and Carlton A1, Black Rock.
ICBL asks all customers to follow the directions of staff and security personnel as they conduct business in office at Roebuck Street.
