1. ICBL remains open to delivering optimum customer service by phone and online channels. 
2. ICBL will close our offices to walk-in customers from Monday, March 23, operating remotely, until further notice.
As you can appreciate, this is mostly unchartered territory for all of us. We have, however, undertaken substantial preparation for this eventuality. Our Customer Service teams are therefore ready to adequately respond to our customers and partners, while we work remotely. We will provide all services normally conducted in our offices.
