ICBL has taken further steps to expand its two-year partnership with the Barbados CrimeStoppers Organisation with a focus on corporate governance and corporate integrity. These values were an integral part of discussions held by the two bodies, which preceded the presentation of $10,000 to assist CrimeStoppers in executing its programmes.

CEO of ICBL, Geoff Scott, stated that the company was committed to supporting the partnership and was very interested in the training opportunities available for staff and corporate entities to ensure that integrity, a core value of the company, was consistently upheld. He also noted that he was keen to share ICBL’s journey in this programme since becoming a corporate member of CrimeStoppers, and would engage other corporate entities to enlighten them about the valuable benefits.

During the meeting, which included CrimeStoppers Chairman, Jon Martineau, and Programme Director Sherie Holder-Olutayo, Scott also indicated that ICBL would be open to donating human resources on a needs basis, and office space for specific meetings.

CrimeStoppers Barbados is a charitable organization committed to reducing crime by providing an avenue for citizens and staff of organizations to submit anonymous tips to help authorities successfully investigate criminal behavior.
