Through random selection, fifty clients, who have been customers with ICBL for more than 20 years, were thanked for their continued support through the presentation of supermarket vouchers valued at $200 each. They received the vouchers when the company hosted their Customer Appreciation Day on November 26th, 2021.

While the voucher presentations were done virtually, customers who visited the office to make cash payments were treated to ICBL branded items such as hats, personal hand sanitizers and umbrellas, amongst other gifts. Customers to the office also enjoyed ICBL’s newly renovated customer area, which was expanded to provide more room and a more comfortable experience. Enhancing the room was a beautiful Independence themed display. ICBL also ensured that all customers received virtual cards of appreciation by email.

Head of Marketing and Communications at ICBL Averil Byer said due to Covid-19 restrictions the day’s activities were mostly done virtually. “We did not want the closure of the office with most of the staff working from home to stop us from saying thank you to our valued customers. Every year we seek to show our appreciation to our customers and this year will be no different. In the COVID-19 pandemic, we still want to treat you and say thank you for choosing ICBL. The customers who received the special gifts were some who have shown their loyalty and commitment to ICBL consistently for the last two decades and in some cases, way longer than that.”
